I must say, PLANK is one of my favorites exercises. This simple exercise Strengths the CORE, SHOULDERS , HIPS and GLUTES . So you can have a FLAT BELLY, ABS and a STRONGBACK (so less injures).
Always remember to keep your hips on neutral position , not too high or too low.
And very important BREATH !!!! Hope it happens to be your favorite too.
