NO GYM , NO PROBLEM.

 No gym, no problem.

I worked out from home today! Excuses of many many people not to work out. It's too cold outside , I don't want to drive, just got home from work, I am on a hotel room... Ok, ok ,ok ....I have those days too.

 But as long you have a floor with a little space to work out (move some chairs if necessary) you are good to go.I got MY MODEL BODY GAME® , water, today I used a yoga mat (but you can just use a towel), music , MY MODEL BODY TIMER® and I was good .

I did a 30 min workout , CORE AND STRETCH. So no really high intensity exercises and I still burned 248 calories. 248 calories more than just sitting on the couch watching TV and probably consuming more than that in snacks . The only problem was my dog, in the end decided that was his time to get some attention.:) So... no excuses . Just get it done.
