Michael and I were pretty excited when my old-time friends from my model days back in Miami, Models Jeff and Priscila Monroe (also new and first time parents), asked us to try out Jeff’s MY MODEL BODY® Game. Mike and I had been looking for a new workout program that would be fun as well as challenging, and that we could do in the comfort of our home – this was perfect! The game consists of game cards that have tasks and a motivational quote to keep you motivated, for example “Strong Body Equals Strong Mind” and “Embrace Your Uniqueness” – Brilliant! You gain points based on your exercise performance, in which you’re graded. Mike and I are hooked, this is an AWESOME workout!
