IT'S STRETCHES DAY!

Today I decided to take a little easier on myself and bike for 20 min to warm up and than do STRETCHES!!! Yes, stretching is very important when exercising. I am not the most flexible person so I try to have stretch days often.  I did all 20 cards for 60 seconds each. At first felt like  60 seconds was a long time but once I got going it was just perfect! So here are some of the STRETCHES.
