HOW HARD IT IS TO BURN 100 CALORIES?

HARD! That's my answer .

For people wearing heart monitors that shows their burned calories knows what I am talking about.
Everything depends on your age, weight, height and intensity of exercise.

My average on 1 hour Cardio and Stretching is about 500 calories. Some days are more some days are less depending how much I push myself . The days I practice Yoga is 250 calories for one hour, doing  MY MODEL BODY GAME® Cardio e Core for one hour is around 600 calories, Swimming around 300 calories in 30 minutes.

I can go on and on here saying how much walking my dog, working on backyard , or cleaning the house.... But personally I think those are more " activities  " than really exercising since your heart rate is not going much higher than when in rest. Yes, you are burning calories but please don't cheat yourself and call that exercise.

So 100 calories will take me 10 min to 30 min depending on what exercise I am performing.
You got my point ! It takes hard work to get those unwanted calories burned.

Doing a high intensity level of exercise will get your heart rate higher making your body burn more calories.

I want you to think not once but twice before you eat that dessert or a high calorie food .... How much work will take me to burn that?

Go ahead if you think is worth it, your body and scale will tell you later.
