LOSING BABY WEIGHT.

PRI 8 months pregnant and Jeff.

PRI 1 year after the baby.
Yes, it was 45 pounds gained at pregnancy, sure had some extra few calories on Mexican food and ice cream , but for the most part a healthy diet. And still gained 45 pounds!!!!!!

Started exercising a couple months after my son was born . My routine was running a little, swimming and most of all doing CARDIO, CORE, SKILLS AND STRETCHES from MY MODEL BODY GAME® . Exercising at my own pace was the key, and the game is perfect because I can mix up all the different exercises and have a full body work out.

 Being a new mom can be a little overwhelming , so to be able to workout from home with the game cards is always a good way to do it.

 All the weight didn't come off overnight , it was a combination of good eating and exercise. Have I reach 100% yet ? No, but I am working on it... and having fun along the way.
